Does this strips damage my car paint? The glue strip should attach to the inside of the door, or the outside?

I have no idea what size of length should I choose?
32.8Ft is long enough to be installed on 4 doors(vertically and horizontally)on most cars. 16.4Ft could be installed on 4 doors (vertically)on most cars. If you have more than 2 cars, recommend ultra long 65.6Ft option.
