Some Trouble-shooting:

Oil pump does not work:

1. The pump doesn’t work after being turned on. Check and found if the current value of battery is lower than 15V — Please change the battery and ensure the current value is above 15V.

2. The extracted oil is not heated, which is viscous and cannot be pumped, leading to the not-working of the oil pump — Please warm up the engine to the temperature between 40~60℃(104F-140F) to reduce the oil viscosity.

3.Keep the ambient temperature is between 0~40℃(32F-104F)，make sure that your car is not parked on a sloped ground,otherwise full suction might not be possible. — Please use in the correct environment.

Oil Pump Stops Working:

1. The extracted oil is not heated, so it is viscous. Although it can be pumped, the inlet pipe is thin and the oil pipe is inner blocked, resulting in current overload and the pump cannot work — Please warm up the Warm up the engine to the temperature between 40~60℃(104F-140F) before pumping out.

2. The inlet and outlet oil pipes are installed in reverse, so the oil cannot be discharged in time, causing the pump cannot work— Please insert the hose in a correct order.

3. The oil pump is used to extract the low flash point oil such as gasoline with no lubricating effect, water, or other corrosive liquids, the impeller of the oil pump would be damaged and pump stops working — Please do not use this pump to extract water, gearbox oil or flammable liquids (such as fuel, petrol, gasoline)

2.We recommend a short break after 10 minutes continuous usage (should NOT exceed 30 minutes) to allow the unit to cool.

3.Please ensure that the oil is clean to ensure the smooth use of the oil pump.

4.Due to the long shipping time, the product may become drier. Please add some smooth oil or engine oil before running the oil pump for smooth operation. This can effectively avoid the problem of jamming,excessive heat due to dryness.

5.Please check whether the switch button is in the “off” state before running. If it is not, please adjust it to ‘’OFF‘’ first so that the pump can be used safely and smoothly.

6.After using the pump, there is no need to clean the inside of the oil pump and the oil pipe, just wipe the outside clean and put away.

Step for Operation

1.It is necessary to warm up the engine for about 5 minutes to reduce the oil viscosity. It’s important that the engine oil is warm (not hot) when extracting.

2.Turn off the engine and loosen the filler cap (for the time being)

3.Connect the power clip of the pump body directly to the battery

4.Remove the oil level gauge and insert the thin hose of the pump. (Notice if you put it to the innermost very quickly,it won’t work)

5.Gradually insert the hose while operating the pump.

6.When it is inserted to some extent,the operating noise will change and the oil will start to be sucked up.

7.Put the thick discharge hose on the waste oil tray. (If you put it directly in the waste oil treatment box, you will not know the amount of waste oil collected.)

8.After taking out the oil in the engine, inject the new oil from the oil filling port on the engine

9.After changing the oil, just wipe the outside and put it away for the next use.
