Check The Original Installation Before Removing

Before removing the old lift supports, examine any fittings supplied to determine which components will be re-used.

Reserve them and use when installing the new supports.

Remove The Old Lift Supports

Hold the hood, rear window or hatch to avoid sudden crash when replacing the struts. Pry the iron plate on the connector with a flat screwdriver, the clip pops, then take the end out. The same method to take out the other end. If the strut with an iron plate fixed end, just screw out the nut bolts, then take the other end out.

Please don’t remove two struts at the same time, following the steps by Remove – Mount – Remove -Mount.

Mounting The New Lift Supports

Pry the iron plate on the connector with a flat screwdriver, the clip pops, then align the eyelet to the ball stud and push it in. Install the other side with the same method.

After installation, testing it to confirm the new lift supports moving smoothly.

Leak Free Sealing Technology

The sealing rings are imported from Japan, using the JSR rubber compound, high temperature resistant and oil resistant. The advantage makes it never leak off and enhances the strut’s life time.

Gas Filling Process

After sealing, the lift supports tubes will be filled with gas. Each gas filled strut will be tested again and again to ensure the piston rod run smoothly.

Advanced Spraying Treating

The heavy gauge cylinder and steel stroke are treated with multiple processings. The cylinder tubes are cold rolled and painted with epoxy paint. The stroke rods are straightly aligned, round grinded, and then galvanized and polished. They ensure our struts are high temperature resistant and never distort.
