Klotz V-Twin Motorcycle High Performance Synthetic Lubricants and Oil Change Kits
Klotz American V-Twin Motorcycle Engine lubricants are high-performance synthetic lubricants designed specifically for the unique requirements of Harley-Davidson, Indian, Victory, and Yamaha V-Twin motorcycles. American V-Twin Synthetic Oil provides outstanding oxidation performance, detergency, and wear protection (especially around valvetrain components during start-up). Additional boosters are added that include extreme pressure anti-wear chemistry and multifunctional friction modifiers to reduce oil temperatures. Klotz also uses advanced polymers to improve piston ring sealing and optimize power and efficiency, even during extended periods of high-temperature operation that are possible with air-cooled motorcycles.
Klotz American V-Twin engine lubricants with KH part numbers are not recommended for motorcycles with wet clutches.
Klotz American V-Twin engine lubricants with KV part numbers are optimized for wet clutches and exceed manufacturers’ performance requirements.
Klotz American V-Twin Indian and Harley Oil Change Kits
Klotz Standard Oil Change Kits contain synthetic engine lubricant, one chrome oil filter, and drain plug O-rings. The oil filters are from HiFloFiltro and the O-rings are from Cometic Gasket. These kits are available in four-quart or five-quart options.

Klotz American V-Twin Transmission Lubricant is designed for Harley-Davidson Big Twin transmissions. The primary additive package is optimized to protect transmissions from wear, oxidation, and corrosion. The formulation is boosted with additional extreme pressure antiwear chemistry to prevent gear damage, and friction modifiers to lower operating temperatures. Shear stable polymers are used to ensure the fluid stays within its viscosity grade, even during severe operating conditions.

Klotz American V-Twin 20W/50 is a high-performance lubricant designed specifically for the unique requirements of Harley Davidson motorcycles to provide the highest level of protection available for V-twin air-cooled engines.
Our synthetic lubricant provides outstanding oxidation performance, detergency, and wear protection for both engine and gear hardware by using multifunctional friction modifiers to reduce operating temperatures and detonation, while increasing low-temperature flowability to maximize valve train protection.
A high-temperature film strength and extreme-pressure anti-wear chemistry reduce metal on metal contact and include advanced polymers to improve piston ring sealing for optimized engine power and efficiency, even during extended periods of high-temp operation that are possible with air-cooled motorcycles.
