Layer 1: HEAVY-DUTY WRAPPING COVER A robust wrapping cover protects the belt construction, improves grip and resists abrasion, dust and other external aggressors, including mineral oil, ozone and UV.

Layer 2: KEVLAR TENSILE CORD A layer of specially-treated high tensile Kevlar cords, securely encapsulated with special fibre compound. This delivers higher dynamic load, greater flexibility and lower stretch.

Layer 3: NATURAL RUBBER BODY Natural rubber (NR) has a long fatigue life and high strength. NR has acceptable temperature resistance (+90 °C) and can maintain flexibility down to -50 °C and provides good vibration absorption.
