Why did the piston get stuck during use?
A stuck piston is usually caused by strong internal sealing or high-viscosity fluids, which can increase resistance.
For a brand-new fluid extractor, this is a normal phenomenon due to the tight seal designed to ensure leak-proof operation.
How can I fix a stuck piston?
Please try the following methods to resolve the issue:
Method 1: Gently twist the handle while pulling it outward to help loosen the piston.
Method 2: Soak the extractor in warm water (104–122°F / 40–50°C) for 10–15 minutes before use.
How do I clean the fluid extractor? What type of solvent should I use?
We recommend using dish soap (mild detergent) and warm water to clean the hose and fluid pump after use.
Simply rinse the parts thoroughly with soapy water, then flush with clean water and allow them to air dry completely.
