IMPROVED ANTI-THEFT DESIGN – Rather than relying on thread-compound to hold your Jeep 50 cal bullet antenna in, the new SmartLock short Jeep Antenna uses a locking mechanism that requires a small Allen key (included) to remove the antenna. This way, theives cannot simply remove your new Antenna but it allows you to remove it easily without any hassle.
IMPROVED LOGO ORIENTATION – Based on feedback from our TuffLock Jeep Bullet antennas, one painpoint was that when screwed-on, the antenna logo was facing an undesirable direction. We fixed this by designing the SmartLock antenna to be 360 degrees adjustable in 45 degree increments, so you can set the logo exactly where you want it. The Antenna will “click” into place giving you a firm & high-quality feeling.
IMPROVED INSTALLATION & REMOVAL – 1. Unscrew original antenna. 2. Thread on the 1-pc adapter and snug with the Allen key (included). 3. Slide Antenna over the adapter. 4. Snug the set-screw in place with the Allen key (included). That is all!
FITMENT – This 50 cal bullet antenna fits Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator models 2007-2023 this includes the sub-models such as the Jeep Wrangler Sport, Sahara, 4xe, Rubicon, Gladiator. This Jeep antenna DOES NOT FIT: TJ, Patriot, Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, Renegade, Compass, etc
RADIO SIGNAL – As with all short Antennas, radio signal performance will be more sensitive when you shorten the length of the antenna. This Antenna will not affect Bluetooth or Satellite radio. Please don’t expect to get as many radio stations as your factory long whip antenna mast with this 50 cal. bullet style antenna.
CARWASH SAFE – Just like the original TuffLock Jeep Bullet Antennas, the SmartLock Bullet Antenna has a durable & strong design which means that you won’t need to worry about your antenna breaking off in automatic carwashes.
